This conference, arranged by RoSPA and TAEN, focused on salient health and safety issues for employers of staff in the middle or latter part of their working lives. Leaders in their fields from the UK will give practical advice and guidance on key issues such as safety, health, law, workability, and making the job fit for the worker. Delegates will also heard case studies exemplifying appropriate benchmarks.
The conference was held at ROSPA’s headquarters, 353 Bristol Road, Edgbaston Park, Birmingham B5 7ST.
The keynote address was given by Alan Walker, Professor of Social Policy and Social Gerontology, University of Sheffield.
