TAEN and the Senior Studies Institute of the University of Strathclyde arranged this seminar, which was hosted by the Highland Employer Coalition. 

The seminar provided an overview of how changing demographics are affecting the local employment landscape; an examination of the legal developments since the introduction of the Age Regulations in October 2006; and a discussion of age management strategies to help organisations recruit and retain older workers.
