TAEN was invited to give a short presentation on our Technical Assistance project and how Learning and Skills Council?s ESF project providers in London might more successfully engage with older workers and jobseekers in the capital.?

Keith Frost gave a quick overview of the demographic trends in London and an introduction into age and employment issues. He offered to hold a seminar to cover these matters in greater depth and invited those present? to complete a shortened version of our Survey to help us ?identify which topics in particular such an event should cover.

He encouraged attendees to register for the last few remaining places at the Birmingham conference to be held later in the month.
