It provides a contextual introduction to the main age and employment issues and looks at the issues practitioners face and tackle in the field when trying to support people aged 50+ to remain in jobs, or get back into work.

This workshop is offered as part of TAEN’s national Age Management Technical Assistance project and is for ESF projects which either specifically or partially target people aged 50+.
