Events

The bulk of the events we will be delivering are half day seminars for ESF-involved organisations in the various English regions.

Whilst the seminars are all being run under a common title 50+ Matters: Working Effectively with Older Workers, the content may vary from one region to another in order to cover the topics that providers in the particular region have identified as being of most interest and value to themselves (see the online Providers survey).

We have developed a series of ‘topic modules’ for managerial and supervisory staff, as well as more practical sessions for frontline staff working directly with older individuals and groups.

Our programme also includes a number of national conferences, the first of which will take place in Birmingham on the 24 November 2009.
