New Challenge provides a free job-search service to people of working age who live within the London Borough of Brent. We are particularly experienced in providing older clients with information, advice and guidance related to employment and training. We help with motivation, CVs, written applications and interview technique. Clients have use of computers, telephone and a well-stocked careers library. We offer the long-term unemployed a tailored training programme and support materials to achieve job-ready status. We provide full recruitment services to over eighty local employers, including initial screening and selection and aptitude testing.
