Acas helps employees and employers with all aspects of employment relations, from dispute resolution to training and hands-on help in the workplace. Our helpline service is used by over three-quarters of a million people every year. Our specialist helpline, Equality Direct on 08456 00 34 44, advises on managing equality and fairness at work. We run training sessions on good practice in areas such as discipline and grievance, and work with organisations to improve trust and set up robust systems. Nearly all complaints to employment tribunals come through Acas and 77% go no further. Acas has specialist advisers on equality and diversity issues.
